Codeery is founded as a software company. In 2024, it expanded into marketing, focusing on custom IT systems and data-driven marketing solutions.
2020
Based Capital AG is founded in Switzerland, establishing a strong foundation in the financial sector.
2021
Abaqia joins Based Capital AG as its main market maker provider, enhancing the company's capabilities in financial markets.
2024
Emarea is created as a new provider of market making services, replacing Based Capital AG in this role. Based Capital AG shifts its focus to private trading in-house.
2025
Decoyia Group is founded to combine Codeery's marketing and software skills with Based Capital AG's in-house trading expertise, while leveraging Emarea's market making capabilities.
